A message to the man who has everything

You're Here.
But You're Not Here.

You've built the career. The house. The life your family lives inside of. And somewhere along the way — you stopped actually living in it with them.

Pillars of the Whole Man

The man everyone else sees
is not the man you are inside.

If any of the following describes your life — you're not broken. You're just running a program that was never designed for home.

You work hard. You provide. You show up — physically. But when you walk through the front door, something shuts off. You're there and you're not. And part of you knows it.

You love your wife. But somewhere along the way you stopped hearing her. Every time she tries to reach you, the defensiveness rises before you can stop it. Arguments start small — over nothing. But they're never really about nothing.

Your kids are growing up in a house with a dad who takes them to school and makes the games — but wears a mask doing it. They feel it. You know they feel it. And that might be the thing that hurts most.

You keep telling yourself things are fine. You're getting along. But "getting along" is not the same as actually living. You've settled for the lowest common denominator and called it peace.

Work is where you go to feel good at something. Where effort equals reward. Where no one criticizes you for what you didn't do. So you go there more. And call it providing.

You've built everything you were told to build. And you're still waiting to feel like it was worth it. The house is nice. The vacations happen. Something still feels off — and you can't name it. But you feel it every day.

She didn't want the house.
She wanted you.

You talk to the wives. And almost every one says the same thing: "I'd have lived in a smaller place and been happy. I just wanted him."

He thought he was building a life for her. He was building a life she had to live in alone.

There's a reason this keeps happening — and it's not that you don't care. You care deeply. Probably more than anyone around you knows.

It's that no one ever taught you how to do the most important part.

You learned how to produce. How to perform. How to push through. Those skills built your career, your business, your reputation. But at home — with the people who need the real you — those same tools are working against you.

The defensiveness that protects you at work is shutting out your wife. The distance you learned to survive as a boy is what your children feel today. The ability to push emotions down and keep moving — it made you successful. And it's making you invisible to the people who love you most.

This isn't a character flaw. It's a pattern you inherited. And like all inherited patterns — it can be broken.

But only if you're willing to feel what you've spent a lifetime not feeling.

In order to heal, you have to feel.

Jan Connor

Founder, The Presence Collective

I've sat across from thousands of men.

Men who built companies, led teams, provided everything their families could want — and still couldn't figure out why the people closest to them felt so far away.

Men who got served the divorce papers and said: "I didn't even see it coming." Men who looked at their kids across the dinner table and realized they didn't actually know each other. Men who were accomplished in every way the world measures — and completely lost in the ways that actually matter.

For years, I served as the head coach of one of the country's leading men's coaching organizations. I led coaches, oversaw thousands of clients, and watched men transform — marriages saved, families restored, generational patterns finally broken.

I've seen what happens when a man decides to stop defending himself and start discovering who he actually is. It changes everything. Not just for him. For his wife. His kids. His legacy.

The Presence Collective exists because I've spent my entire career doing this work. Not from a textbook. Not from a certification. From real men, real pain, real transformation — and my own.

I know what it takes. And I built this program because I believe you deserve to be coached the way I've always wished every man could be coached.

With zero judgment. All the tools. And the ability to learn about yourself in a way you never have before.

The Presence Collective
A 90-day private coaching experience for the man who is ready to stop performing — and start connecting.

As long as it takes to walk into the forest, it can take to walk out. But here's what changes when you work with us: you finally know where you're going. We bring what's in the darkness to light first. Then we do the rest.

Three Phases.
One Complete Transformation.

You don't face the pitcher before you've been in the batting cages. Each phase builds on the last — internal first, then relational, then legacy.

01
Month One
Foundation
We bring what's in the darkness to light. This is internal work — understanding who you really are beneath the patterns you inherited and the persona you've performed.
  • Deep-dive Transformation Call (90 min)
  • Attachment style assessment
  • Root belief discovery work
  • Writing therapy prompts begin
  • Weekly 1:1 coaching (4 sessions)
02
Months Two & Three

  • Communication frameworks for real life
  • Emotional regulation practice
  • Bi-weekly 1:1 coaching
  • Small group sessions
  • Ongoing writing prompts + tools
03
Completion
Transition
You walk it out. Not just knowing the tools — but living from them. This is where it becomes yours. The program ends. The man doesn't go back.
  • Graduation & milestone call
  • Certificate of completion
  • Continuation pathway (optional)
  • Alumni community access
  • Referral pathway opened

This program is built for a specific man.

Not everyone is ready for this. Not everyone is a fit. Here's how to know if you are.

This is for you if…
  • You're an established man — 35–55 — who has achieved what the world says success looks like, and you're starting to question whether it was the right target
  • You're married or in a serious relationship and something has been off for a long time — even if you can't fully name it
  • You're ready to take at least a small amount of ownership for where things are — even if part of you still thinks it's mostly her fault
  • You've felt the urge to open up — to your wife, to someone — but something always stops you
  • You're willing to feel what you've been avoiding. Not because it's comfortable — but because you know it's the only way forward
  • Your faith matters to you, or you're at least open to exploring what it means to your identity and purpose
  • You want to break the pattern — for yourself, for your marriage, and for the children who are watching
This is NOT for you if…
  • You believe the problem is entirely someone else's fault and you're not willing to examine your own role — however small
  • You're looking for a place to vent without being challenged to grow
  • You want a quick fix or a 10-step checklist that doesn't require you to feel anything
  • You're not willing to show up consistently — to the calls, the homework, and the work between sessions
  • You're in active crisis that requires immediate clinical intervention (we will refer you to the right resources)

Where you start.
Where you finish.

Before The Presence Collective
  • Physically present. Emotionally absent. Wearing a mask at home and calling it strength.
  • Arguments that go nowhere. Walking on eggshells. Waiting for the next explosion.
  • If she's upset, you're in freefall. Your emotional stability depends on her emotional state.
  • Your kids know you're there. They don't know who you are.
  • Work is where you go to feel competent. Home is where you go to feel criticized.
  • You know there's something more. You don't know how to get there.
After The Presence Collective
  • You know who you are. You can see both the wound and the strength — and you're not afraid of either.
  • You can move through conflict without exploding or shutting down. You have a framework that works.
  • Your stability is yours. You don't need her approval to feel grounded.
  • Your children feel the difference. Not because you told them you changed — because you did.
  • You bring the same courage to your family that you've always brought to your work.
  • You have tools you will carry for the rest of your life. The work doesn't end at 90 days — it becomes who you are.
Our
Promise
To You

Show up. Do the work.
We guarantee results.

If you attend your sessions, complete your assignments, and engage in the process — we guarantee you will finish this program a better communicator, with significantly improved emotional regulation, and with a set of tools you will use for the rest of your life.

Our job isn't done until you get what you came here for. You are not a number. You are the reason we built this.

Everything you want to know
before you apply.

How is this different from therapy?

The Presence Collective is a coaching program, not therapy. Therapy is designed to treat clinical conditions and process past trauma in a clinical setting. Coaching is forward-focused — we use evidence-based psychological frameworks and tools to help you understand your patterns, build new skills, and show up differently in your life. Many of our clients see a therapist in addition to coaching, and find the two work powerfully together. If at any point we believe you need clinical support beyond what coaching provides, we will tell you honestly and refer you appropriately.

What if I'm not very religious or I'm not sure about my faith?

You are welcome here exactly as you are. The Presence Collective is faith-rooted — Jan's coaching is grounded in a biblical understanding of identity and purpose — but we meet every man where he is spiritually. If you're skeptical, wounded by religion, or simply not sure where you stand, that is not a barrier to entry. The faith dimension reveals itself through the work naturally, and Jan knows how to hold space for every man on his spiritual journey without pressure or judgment.

How much time does this require each week?

Plan for approximately 2–3 hours per week. This includes your 1:1 coaching call, the small group session, and the between-session work (writing prompts, course content, community). The between-session work is where the real transformation happens — the calls are the guide, but the work between them is the program. Men who show up fully — consistently, not perfectly — see the most significant results.

What if my relationship is already in crisis — separation, divorce proceedings, or infidelity?

Many of the men who benefit most from this program enter it in exactly that situation. A man in crisis often has the clearest motivation and the most to gain. The program adapts to where you are — if stabilization is needed first, that's what we do first. We have worked with men mid-divorce, post-infidelity, and post-separation, and we know how to meet you there without making it worse. The only prerequisite is that you're willing to look at your own role in what happened — however small.

What happens after the 90 days?

Graduation is a milestone, not an ending. At the completion of the 90-day program, you'll have a formal graduation call, receive a certificate of completion, and be invited to continue through The Presence Collective — Continued. This is a less intensive continuation option that keeps you connected to the community, the group sessions, and a monthly 1:1 check-in at a lower investment. You've done the deep work — the continuation keeps the momentum going while life keeps happening.

Why does this program cost what it does?

Because a low-cost program gets low-cost commitment. We have seen men pay a fraction of this for other programs and never open them. When you make a real investment, you show up. You do the work. You get the result. The investment in this program is a signal to yourself that what you say matters — your marriage, your children, your legacy — actually matters. The cost of not changing is paid by the people you love most. It is not paid by you.

How do I know if I'm accepted into the program?

After you submit your application, our team will review it and reach out within 2 business days to schedule a no-obligation enrollment call. This is not a sales call — it is a diagnostic conversation where we learn about your situation, answer your questions honestly, and determine together whether The Presence Collective is the right fit. If we believe it is, we'll walk you through enrollment. If it isn't the right time or the right fit, we'll tell you that too — and point you toward what might serve you better.

You're still reading. You already know.

The man your family needs
has been there all along.

He's been waiting behind the defensiveness, the distance, the mask. Behind the long hours and the quiet dinners. Behind the "we're fine" and the walking on eggshells. He's there. This is how you find him.
